No, our website utilizes stock photos of devices. Remobile market does provide images and definitions in our cosmetic condition guide with sample photos of what to expect with each grade of phone.

No, Remobile Market currently only operates in the United States.

Does the 90-day warranty cover accidental damage?

No, our warranty is meant to ensure our customers receive fully functional and as described product they ordered. It does not cover accidental or intentional wear and damage.

Do phones purchased on Remobile Market come with a warranty?

Yes. All fully functional phones sold on Remobile Market come with our 90-day warranty.

How do I return a phone?

If your device is eligible to be returned, you can initiate the process directly from our RMA portal. You can also contact us for assistance with the RMA portal.

How long does it take to get my phone?

Remobile Market will process and ship all orders no later than 3 business days after cleared payment.

Our free ground shipping can take 2-6 days business days transit time. Remobile Market is not responsible for any delays incurred while orders are in transit with the carrier.

No.

What does it mean when a phone is unlocked?

An unlocked phone is one that is not tied to a specific carrier. The majority of recent phones have the capability to work on any carrier once they’re unlocked, but some older phones are locked to a specific set of carriers. This information is displayed on each phone listing – so you won’t have to spend any time figuring out if the phone will work on your carrier!

What does the 90-day warranty cover?

Our warranty guarantees the devices are fully functional and the cosmetic condition is as described on the product page.

What if there’s a problem with my phone when it arrives?

Customers have 3 business days after you receive your phone to report any missing or damaged parts of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct any issues with your order.

If any functional issues happen that fall within the terms of our 90-day warranty then you can start a return on our RMA portal.

Who pays for shipping?

Remobile Market offers free ground shipping for all orders, expedited shipping is available.

Will I get the same phone back from warranty service?

Most likely not. Remobile Market will replace or repair the defective phone. If a replacement unit is not available for the model you purchased, a refund will be granted. You should back up all back up all data and reset the prior to getting warranty service.
