How do I return a phone?
If your device is eligible to be returned, you can initiate the process directly from our RMA portal. You can also contact us for assistance with the RMA portal.
How long does it take to get my phone?
Remobile Market will process and ship all orders no later than 3 business days after cleared payment.
Our free ground shipping can take 2-6 days business days transit time. Remobile Market is not responsible for any delays incurred while orders are in transit with the carrier.

Customers have 3 business days after you receive your phone to report any missing or damaged parts of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct any issues with your order.
